Sports Betting Rules

Scope and Acceptance

These sports betting rules govern all wagers placed with 5bb5. By placing any bet you acknowledge that you have read understood and agree to these rules as well as applicable law and the site terms. 5bb5 may update these rules and will publish changes on the site. Continued wagering after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

Definitions

• Line: the list of suggested events with odds set by 5bb5.
• Player: the customer who places a bet.
• Bet: an agreement concluded between a client and 5bb5 based on the line; the client deposits funds to place the bet.
• Bet acceptance: the act by which a bet is recorded by the system under the terms offered by 5bb5.
• Outcome: a separate unit within a line on which a bet can be placed.
• Winning odds: the multiplier applied to the stake to determine the payout.
• Event result: the final outcome of the event on which the bet is based.

Bet Types and Settlement

5bb5 offers several bet types with distinct rules for payout and liability. All settlements are subject to these rules unless a market description states otherwise.

• Single bet: a wager on the outcome of a single event. Payout is the stake multiplied by the odds for that outcome.
• Multiple (accumulator): a wager on the outcomes of several unrelated events. A win requires all selections to be correct. If any selection fails, the entire bet loses. Payout is the stake multiplied by the product of the odds for all selections.
• System bet: a wager consisting of several multiple bets of the same size on a specified number of outcomes. Payouts are calculated by aggregating the outcomes of each included multiple bet; each multiple bet is paid separately.
• Conditional bet: a chain of bets on unrelated outcomes where only the main part is paid initially; funds for the remaining parts are drawn from the winnings of the main part. It is prohibited to include events from the main part in the conditional portion. If the main part loses, all conditional bets are lost. If the winnings from the main part are insufficient to cover a conditional bet, those conditional bets are voided.
• Prohibition on same match: it is prohibited to include events relating to the same match in multiple or system bets. If such an inclusion occurs, the bet is refunded.
• Final odds: odds published for winnings take into account specific adjustments such as handicaps, totals, postponements or transfers of events. The transfer time is defined in these rules.

Line Changes and Bet Acceptance

Bet acceptance is based on the valid line shown at the moment of bet acceptance. Bets are generally accepted before the start of the event; live bets are accepted on events in progress. Bets settled with known outcomes prior to acceptance are void. Bets placed on the prematch line after the event start are settled at odds of 1. 5bb5 strives for accuracy but is not responsible for obvious errors in odds, results, participant lists or start times.

• Timing and alterations: 5bb5 may change odds, handicaps, totals and limits at any time. Bets placed before such changes preserve the original terms.
• Maximums and minimums: the maximum and minimum bet amounts depend on the event and market and may be adjusted without prior notice. 5bb5 may limit bets or restrict accounts without notice.
• Void or cancelled bets: bets on events where the result is already known upon acceptance are void. Live bets on events that have started but where the outcome is already determined at acceptance may still be settled in accordance with the official result.
• Disputes: if a settlement issue arises or data is incorrect, bets may be re-settled.
• Account eligibility: 5bb5 reserves the right to restrict or deny bets, or suspend accounts, without notice or explanation, for reasons including but not limited to rule violations or multiple identical bets to bypass limits.

Bonus Balances and Wagering

Bets can be placed from either real or bonus balances subject to the following framework. Real balance funds are used first; bonus funds are applied only when the real balance is exhausted. Winnings earned while betting with bonus funds are credited to the bonus balance.

• Two balances: each client maintains a real balance and a bonus balance; real funds are the default for wagering until depleted.
• Bet from bonus balance: if a bonus balance is wagered and converted to real money, related bets will not be settled further as bonus bets.
• Bonus restrictions: while a bonus is active it is prohibited to place bets on more than one outcome within the same market in a single event. Violations may result in cancellation of bonuses and winnings and could lead to account restrictions or blocking.

Live Betting Rules

Live bets are accepted during an event on outcomes with undetermined results. Live odds update in real time and may rise or fall between selection and acceptance. Live bets settle on outcomes as soon as the event result is known from official sources; later changes are not applied to those bets.

• Progress and verification: where official results are unavailable, 5bb5 may rely on its own data to settle bets; bets on non competing athletes may be void.
• Interruption and stoppage: bets on outcomes determined before an interruption remain valid. Bets on outcomes not determined by the time of interruption may be void unless otherwise stated.
• Claims: disputes regarding live bets must be submitted within 24 hours of the event start.
• Abandonment or non completion: if a match is abandoned or not completed within 48 hours of the start, unsettled bets may be void, with settled bets on determined outcomes remaining valid. If both outcomes remain unsettled, bets may be refunded at odds of 1.
• Format and eligibility: bets are offered in formats such as 2x25, 2x30, 2x35, 2x40, 2x45 or 3x30. Matches outside the normal time window may render all markets void unless explicitly stated otherwise. Participants must be eligible by age and status to place bets.
• Player restrictions: 5bb5 prohibits bets from minors and from participants or associates of sport events. Automated betting or bot activity may lead to account restriction or blocking.

Outright Markets and Play or Pay

Outright markets include season winners and top finishes. Such markets are subject to a Play or Pay rule: bets stand even if listed participants are unable to participate in the competition, with some exceptions for head to head markets and certain individual performance markets. Replacement of a participant within the same team does not invalidate team market settlements, but related individual markets may be void. If no matches take place or a competition is postponed and not resumed within 48 hours, settled markets will follow official results and applicable rules.

Integrity, Disruptions and Corrections

5bb5 may void or suspend bets in cases of suspected fraud, manipulation or rule breaches. In the event of a palpable error in event wording or odds, 5bb5 may correct or cancel affected bets. The company may suspend, void, or revise bets if a customer attempts to bypass limits or exploit information. Video Assistant Referee decisions that alter the on field result may void bets placed between the incident and the final decision, unless the affected bet odds were already accounted for.

Disputes, Reversals and Settlement Timelines

The maximum time frame for potential re settlements of settled bets is 30 days. Bets may be settled or re settled using official data and internal records as available. If an event is postponed abandoned or modified in a manner that affects markets, 5bb5 will determine settlement in accordance with these rules and any market description. Bets on markets tied to the outcome of a match that is not completed may be refunded at odds of 1 in certain qualifying scenarios.

Compliance and Eligibility

5bb5 restricts participation to eligible individuals in accordance with the jurisdictional requirements. Bets are only accepted from individuals who have reached the age of majority and who are not prohibited from gambling by law. The company may block access to accounts for suspicious activity including automated betting.

Rounding and Calculation Details

Odds displayed during play may be shown with two decimal places for user display. Total and payout calculations may be rounded according to defined mathematical rules. Any discrepancy arising from rounding is a product of the calculation method and does not affect the underlying bet terms.
