• Self-Excluson – Self-exclusion can be requested for a fixed period of 6 months to 5 years. During the exclusion, all access to 5bb5 accounts is restricted and marketing contact is blocked. At the end of the exclusion, reactivation requires explicit confirmation by telephone in a timely manner, with a mandatory waiting period of not less than 24 hours before re-opening. Self-exclusion is irreversible during the initial period; attempts to defeat the exclusion are prohibited. A unified exclusion may be applied to all accounts under our license where requested by the customer and confirmed by 5bb5.
• Product Access Restrictions – Customers may request restrictions on access to specific product categories (for example, Casino or Sports). Restrictions are implemented on a per-account basis and do not automatically apply to other accounts unless explicitly requested and confirmed by the customer.
